The City Water Division and Buckman Direct Diversion will be flushing the NM 599 water pipeline on Monday, May 18, 2015.  This pipeline is being relocated as a result of the new interchange on  NM 599.

The purpose of this project is to assure adequate disinfection of the water system pipeline in preparation of the waterline being put into service for both City and County consumers.

Flushing is scheduled to occur May 18, 2015. During flushing, running water may be visible along NM 599. The flushing project will not impact traffic or water service in the area.

Please be advised the area is an active construction site accessible to construction crew only. Safety is of the utmost importance to the public and staff.
