Proposals will be received by the City of Santa Fe as the BDDB Support Entity and shall be delivered to the City of Santa Fe Purchasing Office, 2651 Siringo Road, Building “H” Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505 until 2:00 P.M. local prevailing time, October 6, 2015. Any proposal received after this deadline will not be considered. This proposal is for the purpose of procuring professional services for the following:
Litigation Counsel Services for
Buckman Direct Diversion Board
The Buckman Direct Diversion Board (BDDB) requires services consisting of counsel to and representation of the entity in case evaluation, litigation before Federal or State Courts (if required and as appropriate), and alternative dispute resolution related to design, inspection, manufacturing and construction issues existing in the Buckman Direct Diversion Project.
The proponent’s attention is directed to the fact that all applicable Federal Laws, State Laws, Municipal Ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over said item shall apply to the proposal throughout, and they will be deemed to be included in the proposal document the same as though herein written out in full.
